TinyDoor terms that keep launches calm and clear

Effective: June 1, 2024

Welcome to TinyDoor. By creating an account or using TinyDoor, you agree to these terms. If you are using TinyDoor on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Using TinyDoor

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • You are responsible for the content you create, the audiences you add or invite, and the approvals or denials you make.

Creator responsibilities

Use TinyDoor only for lawful purposes. Honor unsubscribe or removal requests from members, keep exported data secure, and use it only for the purpose your audience expects (managing waitlists and launch communications).

Billing and subscriptions

  • Paid plans, pricing, and features are listed in your account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until resolved.

Acceptable use

  • No spam, deceptive practices, or harassing content.
  • No collection or distribution of malware or unauthorized data.
  • No attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer TinyDoor’s services.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and applicable laws where you operate.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risks, or misuse the service. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion. Certain provisions continue after termination, including limitations of liability and disclaimers.

Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the TinyDoor Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own compliance with privacy and marketing laws when using data you collect through TinyDoor.

Intellectual property

TinyDoor owns the platform, brand, and content we provide. You own your waitlists, creative assets, and the data you collect from your audience. Grant us the rights necessary to operate the service and display your content as configured by you.

Disclaimers and limitations

TinyDoor is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results from launches or audience growth. To the extent permitted by law, TinyDoor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for TinyDoor in the six months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as TinyDoor evolves. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the product. Continued use of TinyDoor after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
