Privacy Policy
Effective: June 1, 2024
TinyDoor is a tiny, friendly waitlist and early-access platform for creators. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand site performance, and connect referrals or access codes to signups. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser; disabling cookies may limit some features.
Payments for creator paywalls happen on the creator's own Stripe account. TinyDoor does not store card numbers. We keep signup and payment status plus Stripe IDs (like account, session, or payment intent) so we can unlock access when Stripe confirms payment and monitor for fraud or abuse.
Payments for creator paywalls happen on the creator's own Square account. TinyDoor does not store card numbers. We keep Square connection data (such as merchant ID, location ID, item variation ID) and payment link/order IDs so we can start checkout on your behalf and unlock access when Square confirms payment.
We keep data as long as needed to provide TinyDoor, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Creators can delete waitlists or remove members. You can request account deletion or removal from a waitlist by emailing tinydoor.io@gmail.com.
We use industry-standard measures to protect TinyDoor, including encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can promise perfect security; please use strong, unique passwords and report any suspicious activity.
TinyDoor may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When data is transferred, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
You are responsible for how you use the data you collect through TinyDoor. Use it only for the purpose your members expect (for example, managing waitlists and launches), honor removal or unsubscribe requests, and keep exports secure.
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle data, email us at tinydoor.io@gmail.com. We will update this policy as TinyDoor evolves and will post the revised date here.
